Agent 002, nuestra futura agencia de ilustración en Francia en enero 2010, cumple 10 años y para celebrarlo han editado el libro-catálogo "Bellaciao" que se firmó el sábado 14 de noviembre en la Galeria Arludik de Paris.

Y qué mejor momento para conocernos personalmente, no nos pudimos resistir a su invitación!

Después de contaros un poco cómo se hicieron las ilustraciones para Los Angeles Times Magazine,
es un placer empezar este mes con unos cuantos ejemplares de verdad!!

After telling you a little bit about the "making of" the illustrations for Los Angeles Times Magazine,
it is a pleasure to start this month with some real issues!!

PLEASURE

En Abril, Maxime Martin (Paris) se puso en contacto con nosotros
después de visitar nuestra web, para proponernos participar en el proyecto en el que está trabajando.

Les Editions all es una mezcla entre un libro de arte y una revista popular que ofrece una selección de información privilegiada sobre arte contemporáneo, cultura,moda y otros aspectos de la vida... es bilingüe y se puede adquirir en la mayoría de las ciudades grandes de USA, Europa y Japón.

Después de sacar el primer número sobre "Humanidad?", el segundo va a tratar temas entorno al "Placer"con un nuevo proyecto de un portfolio de 8 ilustradores de todo el mundo. El concepto es dejar a cada ilustrador dibujar algo en una letra de la palabra PLEASURE.

Pues nos tocó la última E, tenemos un par de ejemplares sobre la mesa...y este es el resultado!!

Les Editions all is a mixture between art book and popular magazine it offers a selection of priviliged informations in subjects of contemporary art, culture, fashion, and others perceptible subjects of life...
Bilingual on each page, the magazine will be available in all the big citys of USA, Europe and Japan.

After the first issue about "Humanity ?", the next theme of the magazine will be around "Pleasure", with a new project of a portfolio of 8 illustrators from all over the world.

The concept is to let each illustrator to draw something on one of the letter of the word PLEASURE.

We had to draw letter E, we have a couple issues on our tables...and this is the result!!

La Agencia Momentum ganó la cuenta de Telefónica, incluyéndome en su propuesta como ilustrador, para las acciones entorno al primer Aniversario de la tienda de referencia del cliente Gran Vía, 28...Esta fue nuestra propuesta para el buque insignia!Flagship 2009!

The Agency Momentum won a new account...Telefónica, including me in their proposal of illustration for the campaign, all the actions were orientated for the first Anniversary of Gran vía, 28 its Flagship store...and here it is our proposal!

LA siempre ha sonado demasiado bien, cuando nos escribieron para proponernos hacer la ilustración que acompañaría el artículo sobre Gustavo Dudamel nos encantó la idea!De nuevo música, que mejor compañera...cuando el Arte Final llegó al otro lado del charco gustó tanto que decidieron que sería doble página y hace una semana que entregamos nuestro segundo encargo por su parte LA PORTADA!!!Así que estamos entusiasmados de verdad con el trabajo y cada vez que pensamos en que es el segundo periódico de mayor tirada de los Estados Unidos se nos pone la piel de gallina...y con la buena gente con la que nos ha tocado esta vez ha sido un placer trabajar!!!Jonathan Brown y Hansen Smith...GRACIAS!

El día 2 de agosto sale el número...aiiiii!!!

LA always sounds great, when Los Angeles Times wrote us to propose us the illustration for the article about Gustavo Dudamel we loved the idea!Once again Music, who else better as a collegue...when the final art arrived to the other side of the Ocean they really liked it and they decided to make a double page...a week ago we finished with our second work for them THE COVER!!!!We are so excited with this work and everytime we think it's the second biggest paper in the States it gives us the chills...and with the good people we've met it has been such a pleasure to work!!!!!Jonathan Brown and hansen Smith...THANK YOU!

Nosotros cumpliremos/ We'll accomplished

La revista Rolling Stone nos pidió una ilustración para el grupo Wilco, un aclamado grupo de rock estadounidense (Chicago, Illinois) conocido en sus inicios por sus raíces country y que en la actualidad se ha consolidado como una de las referencias básicas de la escena alternativa norteamericana.

El nombre de la banda viene de la abreviatura utilizada en el argot militar
"We´ll accomplished"....
algo así como "Nosotros cumpliremos"...llegó el momento de dedicarle parte de nuestro tiempo a la Música!

The Rolling Stone magazine ask us to make an illustration for Wico an alternative rock band based in Chicago, Illinois.
At the begining they were well known for their country roots and nowadays they are one of the alternative music references in northamerica.

Their name comes from the voice procedure term "wilco" meaning "will comply."...so it was the right moment to dedicate some of our time to the music!
